• Setup: We arrive early to prepare buffet tables, linens, chafing pans, and all necessary serving equipment.
• Service: Our staff calls and dismisses tables, keeps the buffet line running smoothly, and interacts warmly with your guests.
• Cleanup: After the meal, we bus tables, package leftovers (with our optional leftover package), and leave the venue spotless.
