THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING
There is a 15 person minimum for catering
There is a $50 delivery fee for locations within 20 miles. Outside of that will be additional per mile.
There is a $200 fee for full-service catering (1 hour 30 minutes), additional time and servers may be added for a fee.
A 10% gratuity is added for delivery. A 20% gratuity is added for full service.
There is a 4% convenience fee added for all credit card orders

What’s the minimum for catering?
Our catering minimum is 15 guests.
What is included in a catering order?
We include 1/4 lb of each meat and a 4 oz serving of each side per person, a sauce cup, and slider buns. All catering options include paper plates and utensil rolls. As a note, you know the hunger of your guests more than we do, so if you need more MEAT, please do. You can make a note.
Can I order meat/side by the pound?
Absolutely, please contact us for bulk pricing.
How far in advance should I book the order?
Our catering calendar can fill up quickly, especially during business times of the year and we ask for at least a 4 business day notice.
Is a deposit required?
We do require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. If for some reason you must reschedule or cancel, a credit can be issued for the deposit amount. No refund is provided.
MARKET CHANGES
Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices for food will be subject to the published price and a quote is valid for 24 hours. Prices/policies are subject to change without notice, however, if you sign an invoice and provide a deposit that price is fixed.
