To secure your event date & time the $400 trailer fee is required. Menu selection must be made no
less than 5 days prior to event and remaining balance must be received prior to
serving.  An approximate guest count must be provided on the date of booking.  A
final guest count is required to be provided to the caterer 5 days prior to the
date of the event.  In the event we cannot confirm the final guest count by that time we will use the original estimate as the final guest count.  After the final guest count is established, there will be no refunds for cancelled guest reservations after this date.  The
client has ensured any vendors necessary are included in the final guest count.

Cash or Check is preferred, but we do accept credit cards (4% fee may be transferred to client)

Service for mobile food trailer is for up to 2 hours of time. Every hour after is billed at $90 per hour.

Sales Tax is not included.

Gratuity is optional.

If you would like to retain leftover foods, you may. Our staff will place leftover
foods in disposable aluminum pans, label them and hand them to you. A $50.00 fee will be added to the final invoice.

By paying the fee you agree that you are requesting to retain any/all left over food items and are
requesting the caterer to place them in disposable pans and
label them.  You agree that the caterer is not in any fashion liable for the quality or care of the food
after this task has been completed.  The caterer is not
responsible for ensuring that the food was properly cooled or reheated in
accordance with any local, state and federal food safety/handling
regulations.  The client agrees to indemnity, defend, and hold harmless Slo’ Motion BBQ, LLC from any/all demands, claims, suits, actions and liabilities resulting from any injury, illness or
death to any person who may have contact/consumed left over foods.

At the end of service it typically takes our team 15 minutes to pack up and clean up any necessary areas before leaving.  We will attempt to check out with the primary or secondary point of contact.

Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice, however, if you sign an invoice that outlines a set pricing structure and provide a deposit that price is fixed.

Client agrees that caterer may use its own staffing or a contractor to capture photo and/or video content for the purposes of marketing.  This is at no additional cost to the client.

We love social media and marketing, along with collaboration efforts that make since for both parties.  Caterer typically will tag a business on a post the day of service and use any media content created for marketing purposes.  We really enjoy creating long-term
relationships with clients.  We GUARANTEE satisfaction and enjoy being recognized for that by means of Google reviews,
Facebook reviews or good old-fashioned word of mouth.  Let us know how we can work together to
create a successful and fun event.
